Mona Superhero a local Portland utility tape artist, has refined relief-cut art to new heights. Wink, featuring her Pomeranian puppy, portrays the relationship between friend and companion through juxtaposed colors and the depths of layers. Superhero’s pop art sixties throwback creates great color, beautiful lines, while creating intriguing content of discussions. She will be demonstrating her unique process in a workshop for p:ear youth and expose them to new interpretations of modern materials. Join p:ear this First Thursday for music, snacks, and art!
