p:ear is located in the central, light-filled storefront at 338 NW 6th in Portland’s historic Old Town/China Town district. Totaling nearly 3000 sq ft, p:ear’s facility offers a 220+ capacity, a beautiful Gallery Area, and a large Great Room that includes a full kitchen. Both areas offers WiFi access, separate restrooms and entry/exits, 16′ ceilings, and picture windows.

• $250 refundable security deposit to reserve date(s). Balance due one month prior to event.

Rent Gallery

• Gallery only – $500 (art can be removed from the walls for $100 additional fee)

Rent Great Room

• 1,500 square feet
• Great Room (includes kitchen) - $500

Floor to ceiling windows, skylights and lots of light describe p:ear’s 1,500 square foot Great Room. This space is idea for business meetings, classes/education, cooking, dancing, dance performance, film production, film screening/viewing, food preparation, healing arts, lecture, live music, live theater, meditation, networking event, parties, retreats, spiritual gathering, teambuilding exercise, wedding, wedding rehearsal dinner, workshop and more!

The facility can be rented in several configurations, depending on need. Both The Great Room (main program area, includes kitchen) and The Gallery (with or without kitchen access) can be rented separately or together, and are conjoined by a short, wide hallway. Each side fits 150 stand-up and The Gallery fits 100 seated. p:ear has no contracts with any caterers, rental or AV companies. However, we have several businesses that we recommend and support, and would be happy to provide that list.
